Standard Gaylord Boxes

Gaylord boxes are known by a variety of names around the country. Size and thickness vary from 2 to 8 layers of cardboard and many different sizes as example from as small as a 36 in. x36 in. x36 in., and as large as 48 in. x48 in. x48 in.

Jumbo Gaylord Boxes

48 in. x 40 in. x 41 in. Triple Wall Jumbo box (about an inch thick) has top flaps and bottom flap and they hold between 1000 to 2200 lbs.

Like the triple wall boxes, this is quad-wall. So, in a quad walled box, it has the density of four corrugated sheets sandwiched between the two outer flat facing sheets of cardboard.
